Previz/Connect

    Wherever the work is

Your boards, identities and render lanes — held as tools by your own agents, and reached from inside the edit bay. Same gates, same provenance, same discipline as the studio itself: every generating call quotes before it spends.

    The MCP server

    Live

Any MCP-speaking agent — Claude, IDE copilots, your own orchestration — can hold Previz as tools: list projects, read a board and its locked identities, pull a per-asset provenance report, generate frames, animate takes, place results onto your board as real cards, lock identities into the continuity banks, and browse the full look vocabulary. Generating tools always answer with a quote first and run nothing until your agent confirms — and every key can carry its own monthly credit cap, enforced on the server.

What an agent can actually reach

    • Read the board like a director, not a database. Ask for a lane, a cast member, a verdict — "every warned frame in Sc 4 with Mara in it" is one call, exact and free.
    • Render, judge, keep the best. Ask for three candidates against a reference and get the one that matches, with how close the others were.
    • Surgery on a frame. Depth, layer separation, inpainting, relighting — the same lanes the studio uses, through the same gates.
    • Know what a shot cost and what it would cost. A dry-run quote for a whole plan, refusals included, before a credit moves.

    The server address

Claude.ai and Claude Desktop — sign in

Coming next: Claude.ai and Claude Desktop, which add a server from its address alone. You will add PREVIZ as a custom connector and approve it on a PREVIZ sign-in page — no key to paste. Until that opens, use a client that can send a key.

Claude Code and other clients — an API key

claude mcp add --transport http previz \ https://uogvipwunzrkgzlyjrnj.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp-server \ --header "Authorization: Bearer pvz_YOUR_KEY"

Use a client that can send the key as a header — Claude Code as above, an IDE agent, or your own orchestration. A connector form that takes only an address cannot carry a key. Keys mint in Account → API keys — shown once, revocable any time, and they reach only the projects you own.

Where the work lands. Every tool that makes something answers with where it is: the project, the room, and an address that opens it there. Video takes are placed on the project's Infinitum board as they render, and every finished video — whoever pressed for it — is listed in Your videos.

    Premiere Pro panel

    Early access · sideload

Previz inside the edit bay — a footage desk for the editor mid-cut. Pull the board's existing renders straight into a media folder you pick once (free — it already exists); when the shot doesn't exist yet, generate it without leaving the timeline: frames at any shape, takes with real length and resolution controls, even a take from text alone — every press quoting before it spends, every delivery saved as a named file and imported into the open project where the host allows. And the conform: one press downloads your Cut Room edit's clips and writes a timeline XML beside them — File → Import it, and the sequence arrives with the cut's order and trims exact.

And then the thing only your timeline can do. A conform leaves the cut's cast on the sequence — which board card each clip is, who is in it, what it was asked to be. So the panel can find the holes in your edit and fill one: a still that matches the shots on both sides, carrying the same people, in about eight seconds — then a moving version of it a minute later while you keep cutting. Generative Extend stretches the footage you already have; this invents the covering shot, with your cast in it. Both costs are named before you press.

    1. 01Download the panel below and unzip it anywhere.
    2. 02Install Adobe's UXP Developer Tool, enable developer mode in Premiere (Settings → Plugins), then UDT → Add Plugin → select the unzipped manifest.json → Load. This is the standard early-access path; the reviewed marketplace listing follows.
    3. 03Open the Previz panel, paste a key from Account → API keys, and connect.

The same surface, in AE: connect, browse, provenance, and the creative hands. Import a delivered take straight into the open comp with its record on the layer — the engine, the credits, the locked identities, the prompt.

And if you directed the take by voice, every direction you spoke can land as a marker at the second it took: push in, she turns to the window. A cut sheet of what was said to the camera. Free, and nobody else has it, because nobody else directs a live stream by talking to it.

    1. 01Download the extension below and unzip it into your CEP extensions folder.
    2. 02Enable unsigned extensions once (PlayerDebugMode — the README inside walks through it), restart AE, and find Previz under Window → Extensions.
    3. 03Paste a key from Account → API keys, and connect.

    The Blender add-on

    Early access · sideload

Previz one station upstream of your render. A viewport panel that generates a 3D mesh on the studio's own metered lane — text to 3D, or an image stood up into geometry — imports it at the 3D cursor, and stamps provenance onto the object: the engine, the operator, the credits, and the locked identities it was built to hold. A generation bridge drops geometry in and forgets where it came from; a Previz object knows its own history and can be audited long after the session closes. Name a locked identity and the mesh is built to hold it, then send the preview back onto your board — one continuity chain, from prompt to cut. Every generating call quotes before it spends.

It also works the other way. Paste a frame's card id and a camera appears with that shot's lens, at that shot's height, aimed the way that shot was aimed, with the frame itself hanging behind it to line up against — and its name says how much of that was actually recorded rather than assumed, so nobody lays out a set against numbers that were never measured. One more press stands your whole locked cast in the scene as reference planes.

And it never freezes Blender. Every request runs in the background: the viewport keeps moving while a mesh generates, and Escape stops waiting instantly — the mesh keeps rendering and is still there to collect.

    1. 01Download the add-on below and unzip it.
    2. 02Blender 4.2+: Preferences → Get Extensions → Install from Disk. Blender 3.6–4.1: Preferences → Add-ons → Install. Enable Previz.
    3. 03Open the viewport sidebar (N) → Previz tab, paste a key from Account → API keys, and connect.
