Help
A short path into the platform, the questions we are asked most, and one route to a human.
Start here
Open a production
A production is the container: cast, sets, boards and takes all live under it.
Lock what recurs
Add a character or a prop to the library before boarding. Locks are cheaper than corrections.
Board, then move
Approve stills first. Motion inherits an approved frame, so a bad still becomes a bad take.
Finish last
Upscale and layer separation are the final pass, once the cut is agreed.
Answers
Every video lands in the room that made it: takes from Infinitum (including ones rendered by an agent through your API key) sit on that project's board, Director and Keyframe takes sit in the project's Director workspace, upscales sit in Video upscale, and LIVE recordings sit with their Director session. The files are kept in your project's storage. Your Videos page lists all of them, newest first, with a button that opens each one where it lives. Open it from Projects → Your videos, or from your account menu. A take made by your own agent through an API key lands on the project's Infinitum board as well.
What comes out the other end
Frames made in Previz. The steps above are the short path to work like this.
